Poor and damaged product witout being able to retu

I bought an iPhone/iPad/Tablet charger made oout of wood, wwith a USB hub included from OneDayOnly.<br> <br> The folllowing defects were noted on the box:<br> 1) *****s were incorrectly *****ed in, taken out and *****ed in on other poositions, leaving uncovered holes <br> and misaligned *****s.<br> 2) There are chips on the shelves<br> 3) The dye on the wood has ran on both the inside and outside.<br> I've send photos and requested my money back on their amateurish product, but to this stage they have chosen to fully ignore any request from me.
