Placed and order on 26 Oct, and still never receive some parts of the delivery

I have placed an order on One Day only on 26 Oct, and today being 17 Nov, i have still only received 2 of the 3 items i purchased. One day only keeps on passing the blame to the supplier, but dont go on the site and say that you deliver within 10 days, and then still not deliver when we on working day 17. My order number is 782774. I placed the order, becuase i need the items, not because i just felt like ordering it. Because of that, i have been inconvienced, and i feel that i should be compensated for this, as you have wasted time. I want you to address this issue ASAP, and i want to be compensated for all of this issue. Another funny thing is we must pay for delivery, yet nothing gets delivered. I really think this will be the last i shop on your site.
