Payment made but order Cancelled

<p>We ordered a Betway mattress from OneDayOnly Offers. We made a payment through the Zapper app, as it is one of the payment option, and received a confirmation of payment. Later the same day I got an email stating that my order was cancelled due to no payment received. I immediately responded with the proof of payment I received and asked for the order to proceed.</p> <p>I've sent multiple request for answers and no reply has been sent. The payment went through and is also reflecting on my bank statement.</p> <p>OneDayOnly Offers has the worst client service I've come across on online shopping.</p> <p>Any feedabck would've been appreciated to understand what is going on. </p>
