Paying for Half orders

Order number *** - ordered 2 gin packs from one day only in November, it was Cape town gin with a Sin Gin, I went on holiday in December and when i opened it , lo and behold - half of the box was empty. I sent an email to them to advise, with pictures, they said that would like into it. One of the supplies called Tish called me to apologize and they would courier it to me when I am back , I must just let her know when i am back. I did that on the 3rd, she told me the warehouse is closed and will re-open the 6th, I then contacted her the 14th to say that I still haven't received it. She apologized and said that she 'THOUGHT' it was already delivered. She would deliver tomorrow, the 15th came, No gin, someone else called me and told me they are sorting it out. Today I get a message from Tish to say that the stock has expired and she has to wait for the new batch. What the hell is going on??
