Pathetic Shipping customer service and communication

<p>I had placed 2 orders on their website on different days as i really do like the concept of the deals they provide their clients with. The first order i recceived a tracking number and was told to collect at my pickup point. Upon arrival luckily i opened the package and to my dissapointment a 2 week wait was gone to waste as they had sent the wrong item. Highly upset i sent email after email for this to be corrected . Keep in mind i had 2 orders placed 3 days apart, And still didnt receive the other orders tracking number. after begging and pleading with them i managed to get a tracking number for the 2nd order from them and was promised delivery on the 2nd order in the next 2 days.. ITS A WEEK LATER AND THE TRACKING HASNT EVEN UPDATED!!!</p> <p>These are goods i planned to have and set aside budget for to have in SUMMER 2016 which due to incompetency myself and family suffer the ci****stances.</p>
