Pathetic service to say the least

I placed an order in April for product which I did not receive and I have been following up but to no avail. I also placed another order which I have been trying to return. It is now almost July and I have still Not received the first item order and the instructions have not been sent as to how and where to return an item for a refund. I have emailed numerous times and only receive a generic response. They have no phone number or hotline one can reach them on. Email is their only form of communication. They are supposed to be a reputable company but their customer service is non existent that it feels like being ****med!! I would advise anyone purchasing from them to think twice!!
