PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED AND POOR QUALITY PROCUCT

Very poor quality products and when you request a refund you only get a small portion of the total amount back. Poor communication and a lack of customer service! They are deducting fees that is not even mentioned in the Terms & Conditions. Not treating customers fair at all.
