Pathetic Service - (Non-existent customer service!!)

Pathetic Service - To say the least!!! The service received (or lack thereof) for returning an item for refund is really non-existent. I logged a return for an order about two weeks ago and have been following up constantly. Initially ODO responded with dates for collection - which obviously did not happen. There is really no customer service for returns/refunds - ZERO!!! I challenge anybody that is client centric (or even remotely willing to address this) to call me (Order: *** ). DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!
