An order I placed on 4 December 2020 is still not delivered today (24 December 2020).

Every email I send them is met with an automated response.

I have sent 2x e-mails to them asking for my money back as I am sick and tired of these automated responses, only to get one back from an actual person (Jason W) saying that they will track my order.

I don’t want them to track this order, I want a refund!
