Pathetic service

I placed an order on the 3rd of June. Almost two moths later I have not Received any communication as to where my order is. I have since tried to contact the courier service and have sent several emails to OneDayOnly with no communication. You do not respond to emails. Your customer service is pathetic to say the least. Please advise where is my order or refund my money. I don’t understand how a company can be so blatant in their lack of communication
