Pathetic service delivery

Bought a suitcase online, found it was not fit for my purpose, logged a return and requested a refund, the item was collected, no refund was given. A new suitcase was delivered. There is no longer an option to return. The email says an agent will be in contact, to date nothing. This platform has no service acumen. As no as they have your money then they dont care
