Pathetic service

Waited for a month, product finally arrived. Damaged inside, send 4 mails already with absolute no response to my problem. Received a mail stating my order is on it’s way. They don’t even read what is the problem. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. They should not be allowed to do business in South Africa. There is no way to contact them besides a pathetic customer service mail
