Pathetic service! Avoid buying from them

Completely unacceptable and horrible service. I returned an item on the 7th Dec 2023 which arrived non functional on arrival. This was within 7 days of the item being received. Instead of replacing the item and sending faulty one back to supplier they sent my faulty item received back to supplier for inspection and made me wait.

It has been more than 21 days working days since they received the item. Regardless of whether the supplier was on holiday or not my transaction was between myself and OneDayOnly! Not me and the supplier! They should have either replaced the item or refunded me by now.

I will not do business with them anymore and i warn others regarding their slow and careless return service!
