Pathetic service

Ordered to pairs of shoes only for them to ship the wrong sizes, sent a picture as per their return policy showing the wrong size, only to be told to send more pictures, Pathetic service, no actual phone number to speak to a human being, did the WhatsApp chat to be told Mei is busy assisting me, eventually managed to send the shoes back only to be refunded less the shipping costs. Which should of been theirs since they shipped the wrong order.
