Pathetic service

I placed an order for a phone which was on special. The ad indicated that it will be shipped 5-10 business days after order is placed.

I started following up from day 5 to find out the status of the order and was told to be patient. Order will be shipped soon. Today on day 10 I was told seller had cancelled the order as they don't have stock.

I am completely annoyed with the service as I paid immediately. My suspicion is the buyer mistakenly put the price low and figured out later. And now when it came to fulfill the order they said they don't have stock.
