Pathetic Service

I bought a HK23 SMART WATCH from them, upon arrival, everything seemed to be perfectly fine. I put it on charge and when it was fully charged, I tried to switch it on but it wouldn't switch on. Instead that power button just got stuck. Only to realize that it was broken. The part that connect to power button literally broke.

I tried to log a complain about it but no response, and it's almost a month now. There is no way to communicate with them since they got no phone number.

I couldn't log a return because I knew that I won't even get my money back since it would go for examination. Now I a stuck with a broken watch I never used, a brand new broken smart watch.
