Pathetic service

I gave this company so many chances to prove me wrong about there services. The company is indeed lacking in customer service. Alot of queries go unanswered. They dont have a direct landline so you can't even follow up an order, you have to send emails of which a generic response is given to you which does not solve the problem. You will see when going on facebook commenst that you wont be the only one exeprincing these problems. I am still waiting for feedback on my order now going on 3 weeks.
