Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Ordered something way before Christmas as gifts. Received a wrong delivery. Contacted them and they promptly collected the wrong delivery. It’s past Christmas and I am still waiting for mine. They not responding to my many pleas via email after promising me I would receive it before Christmas.
