Pathetic service

I was not happy with the Turnaround Time, not happy with the solution, No communication.

Never in a million years would I have thought that I would be dealing with a company who is worse than government.

Who on earth told you guys that I wanted a refund for the item that I returned? Your service is so pathetic that not once did you call or inform me of what's happening as per your promise.

Almost a month that I have been dealing with this incompetence. All you do it "Refund that lady so that she can shut her mouth"

I am very disgusted by the pathetic service received.

No where did I say that I want a refund, all I wanted was a replacement of the fans.

I want a manager to call me and resolve this issue!!!!
