Pathetic service!

I purchased a mop online with you. Im so disgusted as i was turned away by verimark as they advised they are unable to change it due to no slip and your goods being refurbished!i need my mop urgently its parhetic how i cant resolve something simple like swopping out a mop that was never ever used being a verimark product .verimark canal walk being totaly unhelpful as well
