Pathetic service

Partial delivery of order and still awaiting delivery of final item. I ordered items on 9th Nov and on the 22nd received email saying order will be partially delivered due an item not being available. I contacted them telephonically on 30th Nov and was told someone will get back to me. I contacted them again on 3rd Dec and was told again that someone would get back to me. I tried again on the 4th Dec with the same response. Finally after I tried again on the 5th Dec, I got a call back saying they are still awaiting items from supplier. Will most probably never order from them again.
