Pathetic like really pathetic customer service

I ordered a UPS from these people turned out it’s faulty. I still have not been refunded, mind you this was purchased over a month ago. They keep saying they haven’t received the ups from the courier. When I ask them if they have checked with the courier as people who have ordered the collection no answers. I have never in my life experienced such pathetic customer service. If you will ever see me buying from that company again. I wouldve really appreciated if they treated this return with the same energy they have been treating my purchases
