Pathetic Delivery and service!!!

<p>How absolutely disgusting that these people charge the highest online delivery costs and LIE about their ridiculous "5-10 working day" delivery time!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only have I not even received a tracking number for any of my orders placed OVER 10 working days ago, they also seem to think it's ok to send me generic emails generated by some robot to make me feel better about the situation.</p> <p> </p> <p>And now I am left with a big possibility of not having my christmas gifts delivered in time.<br /><br />Will not ever order from this pathetic website ever again!!!!</p>
