Pathetic customer service

Ordered 3 items Two were completely different to what I ordered and one stinks; the third item was delivered to my previous address (in contravention on the CPA) I logged a return over a week ago and it's still not collected, ODO tried to make it my issue and make the return for my account despite their mistake. I still have not received my refund, none of the items are correct or in my possession
