Pathetic customer service

<p>I ordered something from their website on the 8th of December 2016 as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend - on the website it said that delivery is going to be 8-10 working days. So it should've been perfect, i wanted the parcel to be delivered at my holiday destination because thats where i was going to be 10 days from order date. </p> <p>Today is the 28th of December 2016 and i still havent received my parcel- I paid the goods and everything, but still havent received a thing. </p> <p>I have lodged many queries about my order but with no response.</p> <p>Its unacceptable, as im going to leave my holiday destination soon, without my parcel. </p>
