Pathetic customer service

This is the most pathetic customer service I've experienced in quite some time, in the first place, why don't you have a contact centre where I can SPEAK to someone and not send numerous e-mails without any replies, I want my order to be either collected or I can return it, but WHERE...this is pathetic!!!
