Pathetic "customer service"!!!!

You may buy a special but their customer service and returns service is PATHETIC!!!! I am trying now for more than a month to return a cheap look-a-like China jacket which is not at all what I have expected from a SA site. Also, was short delivered on one order and after 3 mails and 2 week, have not received any feedback on WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER!!!! Rather pay more on Take-a-lot and you know if something is not satisfactory, it will be returned within 1 day - not WEEKS WITHOUT ANY FEEDBAC****!!! Terrible terrible customer service!!!!
