PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE

I absolutely need to agree with complainants about PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE. The deals are reasonable but the customer care side is non existent.I have asked them numerous times to contact me with there "Raul" safe word for callback but no response.I am waiting for items that has been partially replaced,order that has being placed on the 20th of April and then do not even try buying face masks here as it might be advertised as essential to them but not when it come to you as a customer. Just a few highlights from their promise " We aim to get you your stuff in 5-10 working days, but it can take longer. If we do run into any unexpected delays, we will be in touch." - NOT TRUE "If you're really, really desperate to chat to someone, send us a mail and ask for Raul (that's our in-house code for phone call to customer)." Also bogus SO PLEASE WHEN YOU ORDER just know this NO CUSTOMER CARE OR HELP and if any it is useless.
