Pathetic and useless! I’m DONE

Pathetic, absolutely pathetic. I’ve never had a problem with my payments and proof of payments. I listed them under a beneficiary on my online banking. And this was no issue in the past so why would there be a issue now? Unless YOU made a mistake and are unable to admit it? Not helpful at all, not considerate and best of all don’t think you will get any personal emails. They all pre - typed and all they will do is bold something to “ enhance” what they identified as the “problem”. Does it look like I can’t read? So disappointed, done doing business with you. Will not recommended to anyone, absolutely PATHETIC service. Been a customer for so long and this is how we get treated?? D.O.N.E.

Worst of all I was warmed that your service had gone down and was not the same anymore. I should have listened.
