Pathetic and Disgusting service from Returns division

Pathetic service from the returns department!!!!

I bought a Volcano Azure series smart Watch and it worked only for few weeks the stopped working. I logged a return and the watch was collected but I am struggling to get my refund back. The staff does not communicate with me, its been almost two weeks waiting for my refund. I am the only one who keeps on following them regarding my refund and I am told that the supplier is still deciding whether to refund me or not. This is a watch that have 1 year warranty and it only worked for weeks.

They don't want to disclose their supplier's name, and the Team Leader Renika is very rude, wrote an email threatening me not to take the matter to Ombudsman.

Very disgusting and pathetic services in their returns division.
