Pathetic

I honestly am disgusted with one day only - I mean does anybody actually work there or are they just *****ing peoples money??!! I ordered something from them in mid-May and to this day I still havent received it. I have emailed multiple times already to find out where my package is, and even to request a refund if they are not able to send it to me, but I have not received ANY communication from them. I will never order from this website again or advise anybody else to either. Pathetic customer service.
