Pathetic

Bought a modular couch on 25/11/2022. After almost 25 emails back and forrh to arrange delivery. I finally got a call from the supplier self with a promise my couch will be delivered on 31/01,/2023. Excuses ranging from being closed over the festive season, the couches needed to be manufactured etc. Nothing was delivered on the 31st. And I've sent numerous emails to OneDayOnly, got 1 reply that Jason will follow uo. Till today nothing and no one has responded. The supplier's phone is also just ringing or on voicemail.
