Over 1 and half months to not deliver

Worst service I have ever received I ordered a Black Friday special on the 26 November an LG TV and was told it would take 10 days It's not the 5th of Jan and still nothing I have emailed them constantly only for them to tell me they have tried to deliver and failed but when I ask what date they can't tell me I will never order from them again I want my tv
