Order placed 52 days ago.....still waiting
Purchased a non essential item on the 1st of April. After government allowed sales of all online items there has been no response, no communication with regards to my order being dispatched. I have mailed them twice to no avail, no reply, no feedback. I highly doubt I will ever buy anything from them again, not only is the 10 - 14 days very long, but there prices aren't that great that you cannot buy something from takealot and have it delivered within 2 - 3day MAX
Very disappointed.

22 May 2020, 10:40Stop selling stuff if you can't cope with the delivery after the lock down was eased. You sold 1000's of items, took peoples money and now your "working around the clock" to get the items dispatched is effective.
