Order not shipped since 26th September, 2019
I am very disppointed with you guys. My order which I paid for on 26th September, 2019 at 12:40:05 PM has not yet been shipped. The order number is 139238. Please explain why my order has not yet been shipped? I have sent several emails but no feedback.

22 Oct 2019, 15:00Got my parcel delivered today. The manager was quick to step in to resolve my issue as soon as possible. There was an error in their dispatch system regarding my order. Thanks guys, I am definately doing business with you guys again.
