Order never received and NO real responses

I ordered two items on the 24th of November 2023. Items were delivered on the 4th of December. To who they were delivered, I don't know. All I know is that I never received my order. I have phoned the courier (DPD Laser) and they keep "handling" me. Tell me that they are liasing with OneDayOnly. Of course, there is not actual person to speak to at OneDayOnly and you get standard BOT responses it feels like. It is now the 18th of December. 14 Days later, numerous calls and emails and and and. I still don't have my order and I still don't have a proper answer. I keep getting told that someone will call me. Nobody has called me. I honestly believe that between DPD laser and OneDayOnly my order has been ****** and is currently sitting under someone else's Christmas Tree. Thanks a lot for nothing.
