Order has not been delivered since 23 November 2016

<p>Hi All,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am normally a onedayonly advocate, however they severely dropped the ball this time round.</p> <p> </p> <p>I placed my order on the 23rd of November 2016. It was supposed to be delivered 10 days later.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is 23 January 2017 and I still have not received the product, depite numerous queries through their online submission process.</p> <p> </p> <p>Would really like my money back! The product was supposed to be a Christmas gift!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
