Order cancelled due to non-payment after payment

I ordered an HP Laptop yesterday and paid with my FNB eBucks and the balance with my credit card. I received an order confirmation and that they received payment. I checked my mails this morning to find a mail they sent late yesterday afternoon notifying me that my order has been cancelled due to non-payment. They now have my money and I am none the wiser. I've sent customer services a mail that if I don't receive my product I'll be going to the press regarding this malpractice.
