ORDER #***

I am so disappointed with Onedayonly, i brought a laptop last last year, we didn't even use it only when the schools open my son used it, in less than 2 weeks the screen was blue, returned and requested refund as you can not buy a laptop then in less than 2 weeks the screen is just blue and IT specialist at school couldn't even fix/correct that error. Then they tell me its working perfectly and i am not going to receive a refund. Why suggest refund the good then come up with stories that the good is working perfectly.

I'm really disappointed, worse they take days to respond to emails.

Please note that i need my refund and communicate with the couriers that i will not take that laptop.

My child is losing out in his schooling staff till today, thinking i am buying quality laptop now i had to purchase another one because he is getting behind with his studies.

No please Onedayonly this is unacceptable
