Only received half of an order and no joy with follow up

<p>I ordered two items on one day on OneDayOnly.co.za on the 8th of February, but have only received one of the two items; I am still waiting for a case of wine. After several emails to the complaints, I have not received a reply, but only to find that the complaints have been closed. At what stage do I consider my wine order gone? What is most upsetting thing though, is the lack of human communication from their side. </p>
