Only half order delivered, no one contactable at your offices.

Order 2 items, only recieve one, no response via website or email. Order shows as dispatched and delivered but only recieve one item. Had no email notifications or anything, terrible service. From the comments on their Facebook page it appears hundreds of people experiencing the same service. This is truly shocking from what used to be a good online shopping experience.
