Only half my order delivered!

<p>I placed an order which was delivered last week. I had ordered two items and only received one. I sent through an email and days later was phoned by the courier company, but she said she will refer it to whoever. Now whether my items were incorrectly packed at the warehouse, or couriers I really don't care, I either want a refund or the item I purchased. This is my fourth purchase from this site and this service is making it highly likely to be my last. </p>
