Online orders

Please note the following when making purchases:

1 Items are not discounted as advertised. A lot of the time if you look up the item on other major online retailers the price is almost the same and sometimes even lower.

2 There is no free delivery or free pickup on return. If you are not careful with what you buy or not happy with the product when received, it can end up costing you a lot of money for "nothing". Like with any online purchase, you are not physically holding or seeing the product and it can turn out to be very different from what is expected.

3 Onedayonly.co.za are good with delivery and pickup and must be given credit for that but remember to always consider point 2 above.

4 once you make purchases online you cannot combine multiple orders to save on delivery which they should sort out on their side.

NB I still use Onedayonly.co.za but I am a lot more conciouse of what I am buying online and consider the impact and cost should I not be happy with the product and decide to return it. This has significantly reduced the number of items I now purchase online and I want to share the lessons learned with all online shoppers.
