OneDayOnly’s head is in the sand!

Pathetic service over the holidays! I have never had a problem with you in the past but this is ridiculous and cannot be overlooked without a review to warn future customers! I ordered a parcel on the 10th of Dec and am not even able to track it, it just says tracking / collection pending. What does that mean One Day Only? Why are you not responding to our emails? Clearly you have a massive problem on your hands as i am not the only dissatisfied customer but putting your head in the sand lessons your chances of any kind of redemption! We were all planning our purchases to be in time for Christmas and i even requested the details of your supplier today so that i could intervene and express courier it myself but to no avail! Thank you for nothing One Day Only, you have been a proper Grinch this season and, speaking for myself, lost my trust and respect.
