OneDayOnly's Courier Service is actually nothing but a Storage Business

OneDayOnly claims to be big on savings, but often items can be found for a lower price with a basic Google search. And this is BEFORE the site adds R59 delivery charge as well, REGARDLESS of the value of the purchase.

This would be acceptable if the delivery actually happened in a quick timeframe, but the courier service utilised basically store the delivery at their warehouse until you call them to inquire whether the delivery will ever happen.

Example: I placed an order on OneDayOnly on 23 Oct 2020, and received an email from them that the order is on the way on 27 Oct 2020.

It is now 6 Nov 2020 and the item's last update on the couriers website was on 30 Oct 2020 - the item was scanned into the PTA branch.

I live in PTA and yet the courier, which I paid for, can't be bothered to deliver my item in PTA.

OneDayOnly definitely needs to review their business relationship with their courier, because Fast & Furious (I kid you not, that's the courier's name) is terribly, and they are hurting OneDayOnly.
