A bunch of con artists! Beware of a company that does not have a contact number or a physical address. The reason being that they are inefficient and dishonest. I double paid for an item by mistake and have sent countless emails without a single reply. They have now blocked my email address when I send to *** which is their only contact email. They should not be in business as they run a very dicey mail order. Heaven help you if you need a refund.

23 Aug 2019, 09:42I am very happy with the hellopeter website as my complaint about onedayonly received a prompt reply via phone from Anees the owner. He was apologetic about the lack of communication re my complaint and we had a very nice chat and my complaint has been resolved most satisfactorily.
It is good to know that onedealaday takes complaints seriously so the matter is now settled.
