ONEDAYONLY.CO.ZA - WORST ONLINE RETAILER IN SOUTH AFRICA

I made my first purchase through the OnedayOnly website during March and i was pleasantly surprised with the efficient and quick delivery, that however was were the good service stopped.

The product was defective. I took it out of the box and switched it on and it worked perfectly for about five minutes, it then switches itself off and you cannot restart it no matter how hard you try.

15 Minutes later it starts back up on it`s own again and then when you want to switch it on again after switching it off, it does not come on again. So disappointed in the product.

Emailed them and received confirmation that the product will be collected, that was more than two weeks ago. No despite several emails, I have not heard a thing from them and their is no way to contact them. I have therefore paid for a product and i am receiving no feedback if the product will be repaired, replaced or even if i will receive my money back.

Horrible Service, would not recommend the website to anyone.
