I ordered a baking dish and pet's toothbrush toy. First the courier breaks my dish before delivery. (The courier is very unproffesional as a rule) They refund and say the other item is on the way. After nothing, I queried. They email and say the courier lost it, send banking details for a refund. There are better places online than this. Don't use them.
