OneDayOnly worst online shop

This is the worst online buying experience I ever had. After placing my order on the 26th of May I still have not received it and shows still processing. The turn around time that Onedayonly gives is up to 14 days, we are going for almost 4 weeks now and it is still on the first step. I have sent emails asking about my order and I have not received any feedback on my communication to them.
