OneDayOnly worst customer service

I wish one could give less than 1 star. Onedayonly has the worst customer service i have ever seen. I have requested updates just so atleast a person can be informed whats going on but they dont make an effort at all. It has been 11 working days since my order and it still has not been shipped. I will never order from them again until their useless customer service actually makes an effort to contact me. Worst customer experience ever
